Hello, my name is Florian Schubert, and I have been working as a professional editor for over ten years. During this time, I’ve had the opportunity to learn from outstanding colleagues, friends, and creative talents, continuously refining my craft and expanding my skill set.

Trained Media Designer for Audio and Video

Over the past years, I have continuously developed my skills across several professional environments. At Sky News, I refined my ability to work fast and efficiently, while bringing strong editorial structure to each piece as a story-driven editor. I was increasingly trusted with music-driven edits and effect-heavy segments.

At Motorvision TV, I started working on editorial formats and later contributed to a documentary series featuring a well-known figure from the automotive industry. After proving myself in this role, I was moved to the trailer department, where I worked for two years, focusing on high-impact promotional content.

Seeking new challenges, I was subsequently recruited by another company and joined DropinTV. There, I worked internationally on projects for major clients such as Audi, Jaguar, BMW, and FIFA, contributing to complete visual campaigns. DropinTV was a highly dynamic environment with a broad range of responsibilities and a strong international client base.

For more than six years, I have been working as a freelancer on international events and brand projects. Across branded content, social media, documentary formats, and entertainment programming, my professional stations over the years have equipped me with a strong, up-to-date production toolkit and a deep understanding of modern workflows.

In the past year in particular, I worked extensively on projects for WRC and Red Bull. For the Red Bull Cliff Diving Tour, I was on location as a social media content creator. For WRC, I produced race content on weekends for social media and YouTube, delivering fast, platform-specific edits under live-event conditions.

In addition, I actively work with all major AI-based tools used in modern post-production and content creation, integrating AI-driven workflows to increase speed, efficiency, and creative flexibility.
